EARLY FULL REGISTRATION FEE: $235.00 (Must be submitted online or Postmarked Before 8/14/08)
DAILY REGISTRATION FEE: $70.00 PER DAY 

Registration fee includes all course materials, breaks, luncheon on Tuesday and banquet on Wednesday. Daily registration includes course material and breaks only. No meals are included. If you require a special meal, please contact Julie Jacobson (see below).
