United Council on Welfare Fraud, Inc.
As members of the United Council on Welfare Fraud, our fundamental duty is to support the by-laws of the Council and further its goal of promoting maximum efforts toward the prevention, detection and elimination of welfare fraud.
We will diligently strive to achieve the goals and objectives of the United Council on Welfare Fraud.
We will exercise self-restraint and be ever mindful of the basic constitutional rights of others, but especially of those we come in contact within the line of our professional duties, who are accused of fraud and other crimes.
We will conduct all matters in a diligent and thorough manner, in accordance with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations, and with due respect for the rights and privacies of those involved.
We will, by conduct and appearance, display the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
We will engage in no activity or conduct, which is detrimental to the best interest of the Council or violates its by-laws, rules or regulations.
