Registration Fee Schedule:

FULL REGISTRATION FEE: $245.00  (EARLY REGISTRATION: $235.00 if Registration is submitted BEFORE 8/14/08)
DAILY REGISTRATION FEE: $70.00 PER DAY

Registration fee includes all course materials, breaks, luncheon* on Tuesday and banquet* on Wednesday. Daily registration includes course material and breaks only, no meals are included.
